Race Day Schedule: 

The final Race schedule will be posted approximately 1 week prior to race day.

  • Captains Meeting:  8am
  • Eye Dotting Ceremony:  8:30am
  • First Race:  9am
  • Last Race:  Start by 4:50pm
  • Award Presentations:  throughout the day 1pm, 3pm & 5pm 
  • Team Registration:  7:00 am
  • Joe’s Diner Breakfast Opens:  7:30 am
  • Captains meeting:  8:00 am
  • Opening Eye Dotting of the Dragon Ceremony:  8:30 am
  • Races Begin (check race schedule):  9:00 am
  • Games Area opens:  9:30 am
  • Silent Auction opens:  10:00 am
  • Lunch Break & Challenge Cup presentation:  12:10 pm
  • Pledges Due at Andrew’s Legacy:  1:30 pm
  • Silent auction closes:  2:30 pm
  • 3:45 pm:
    • Award presentation for B Division teams
    • Captains & Sterns meeting for 1k races
  • 1k Flag Race begins:  4:10 pm
  • Award presentation for A Division teams: 4:40 pm
